Hung Ta, M.Sc. will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled "Computational Approaches to Biological Network Inference and Modeling in Systems Biology" in the Faculty of Biological and Environmental Sciences, University of Helsinki, on 30 November 2012 at 14:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Viikki Infocentre Korona, Sali 3, Viikinkaari 11.
Assistant Professor Andre Ribeiro, Tampere University of Technology, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Tapio Palva as the custos.
