Michal Bucko will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled "Application of magnetic, geochemical and micro-morphological methods in environmental studies of urban pollution generated by road traffic" in the Faculty of Science, University of Helsinki, on 10 November 2012 at 10:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Auditorium E204 of Physicum, Gustaf Hällströmin katu 2A.
Dr Karl Fabian, Geological Survey of Norway, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Karri Muinonen as the custos.
