Katri Niemi, FM will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled "Serum amyloid A (SAA) - Proinflammatory functions and their regulation by serum lipoproteins" in the Faculty of Biological and Environmental Sciences, University of Helsinki, on 30 November 2012 at 12:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Biokeskus 2, auditorio 1041, Viikinkaari 5.
professori Elina Ikonen, Helsingin yliopisto, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Kari Keinänen as the custos.
