Tanja Nurmi, ETM will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled "Variation of phytosterols and steryl ferulates in wheat grains and fractions" (Kasvisterolien ja steryyliferulaattien luontainen vaihtelu vehnässä) in the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, University of Helsinki, on 14 December 2012 at 12:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Yliopiston päärakennus, auditorio XII, Unioninkatu 34.
Associate Professor Michael Murkovic, Graz University of Technology, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Vieno Piironen as the custos.
The dissertation will be published in the series EKT-series.
