Tuomas Lunttila, FM will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled "Radiative transfer modelling of interstellar clouds" (Tähtienvälisten pilvien säteilynkuljetusmallinnus) in the Faculty of Science, University of Helsinki, on 30 November 2012 at 12:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Chemicum A110.
Dr. habil. Jürgen Steinacker, Université de Grenoble, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Karri Muinonen as the custos.
The dissertation will be published in the series Report Series in Astronomy.
